Bravikron Labs isn't taking paid orders yet. These draft terms show how we plan to work and don't apply until orders open. We'll publish final terms before then.
1. What we provide
Bravikron Labs ("we") trains custom AI models (LoRAs) and creates related images for you ("the client"), as described in the package you choose. Each order includes the LoRA file, a trigger word, example prompts and sample images.
2. What you provide
You provide reference images and a description. By sending them, you confirm that you created them or have permission to use them for AI training; that they don't show a real, identifiable person unless you provide that person's written consent; and that they don't show characters, logos or artwork owned by another company or artist without permission. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules, with a full refund if no work has started.
3. What we will not make
We don't train or generate real people without written consent (including celebrities and public figures), copyrighted characters from studios, games or brands, copies of a living artist's style without their permission, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal, hateful or deceptive such as fake documents or impersonation.
4. Ownership and use
When paid in full, you own the LoRA and all images we deliver and may use them commercially. The base model, Qwen-Image-2512, is released under the Apache 2.0 licence, which allows commercial use. We delete your source images and training files 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
5. Portfolio
We only show your results publicly if you allowed it on the order form. You can withdraw permission at any time, and we remove the examples within 7 days.
6. Delivery and revisions
Delivery times start when we have your images and payment. Each package includes a set number of revisions. A revision means adjusting the dataset or retraining so the character better matches the details you gave us. New characters, new outfits or changes to the original brief are quoted separately.
7. Payment and refunds
Basic is paid 100% upfront. Standard and Premium are paid 50% upfront and 50% before delivery of the final LoRA. You get a full refund if we can't start the work. After training has started, refunds are partial and depend on the work done. Once the final LoRA is delivered there are no refunds, but revisions apply. Payment is by PayPal or bank transfer, with an invoice.
8. Results
AI training isn't perfectly predictable. We aim for a LoRA that reproduces the details you listed reliably in typical prompts, but we can't guarantee perfect results in every prompt, style or combination with other LoRAs.
