Who we are

This site is run by Ognyan Lozanov, Sofia, Bulgaria, trading as Bravikron. For privacy questions, contact business@bravikron.com.

Information you share

The website doesn't need an account. If you join the Bravikron Labs waitlist, we receive your name, email address, what you're interested in and any message you add. The form sends these to us by email and doesn't store them on the website. If you email us directly, we receive your address and what you choose to include.

We use waitlist details only to tell you about Bravikron Labs orders opening, based on your consent. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing us, and we'll delete your details. We use emails you send us to reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in answering your message.

Visitor statistics and technical information

We use Umami to count visits and see where visitors come from, without setting cookies. Our host, Hostinger, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to run and secure the site. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google.

Sharing and retention

We don't sell your personal information. Hosting, email and statistics providers process information only as needed to provide their services. We keep waitlist details until orders open and we've told you, or until you ask us to remove them, and we keep other correspondence only as long as it's needed or legally required. Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area, applicable data-protection safeguards are required.

Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, or request portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the studio and website develop. Any changes will be published here with an updated date.
