Clueville Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Clueville is a quiz and puzzle game made by Bravikron Games, operated by Ognyan Lozanov, Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers the Clueville app on Android and the web version at bravikron.com.
2. What data we collect and why
Clueville has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, location or contacts to play.

We never sell your data. Progress stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app, clear the app’s data, or use Settings > Reset all progress.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of Clueville shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect and use the data listed above under Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and how Google uses information from apps that use its services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy choices. If you refuse, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
4. Children
Clueville is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
5. How long we keep data
- Game progress: on your device until you delete it; we never receive it.
- Support and report emails: up to 2 years after the last message, then deleted.
- Advertising data: kept by Google under its own retention rules.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier use. Email support@bravikron.com; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (https://www.cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority where you live.
7. Data shared with others and transfers
We share data only with Google (AdMob, for ads) and our email provider (Hostinger, for support emails). Google may process data outside the EU under the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
